- 1/3 cup sliced almonds (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (McCormick®)
- 1/2 tsp. McCormick Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes (McCormick®)
- 1/4 tsp. McCormick Black Pepper (Ground)
- 1 lb. tilapia fillets
- olive oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix almonds, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings in shallow dish.
- Brush fish lightly with oil. Coat evenly with almond mixture. Place fish on greased foil-lined shallow baking pan.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

absolutely loved it easy to make had to make one change. I have a niece that is gluten intolerant so I made it with gluten-free bread crumbs she absolutely loved it and now wants it all the time.

first time I've cooked with fish and it didnt turn out terrible. I may have set off the fire alarm but... the flavor was good not as strong of a herb flavor than Id like. only took me 20 mins to finish the whole recipe! I didnt add the almond but tasted good all the same.
