Great recipe! Topping was flavorful, but salmon could use some additional direct seasoning. Changed the sides to zucchini and mashed potatoes with cornbread and greatly enjoyed the combination. Salmon is a regular dish in our household, so we were looking for a way to spice things up and this was a nice addition to the recipe book.
