This was a hit in my house of picky eaters. I used fresh basil from my garden. I added a little extra mozzarella when I mixed everything together probably about a cup and then topped it with mozzarella. It was extremely yummy.

I did not use any fresh basil, but used tomato and basil sauce and it was excellent
