- 1 cauliflower head (Large, sliced into 4, 1/2 – 3/4 inch slabs or steaks. You can use the loose pieces as well if you’d like or store them for another recipe for later)
- olive oil (A good drizzle of)
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- sea salt (/Pepper to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. Parmigiano Reggiano (grated)
- 1 Tbsp. herbs (freshly chopped, if you have them on hand such as Italian Parsley, Basil, Oregano)
- 12 oz. roasted red bell peppers (jar Fire, roughly about 2 bell peppers or 1 1/2 cups)
- 2 Tbsp. raw almonds (about 20 almonds)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 pinch red chili flakes
