- 2 tsp. olive oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh oregano (chopped)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 lb. ground chicken (or turkey)
- 1 oz. Parmesan cheese (grated, 1/4 cup)
- 1 cup marinara sauce (divided)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- cooking spray
- 8 slider buns (toasted)
- 3 oz. mozzarella cheese (3/4 cup)
- fresh basil leaves

Directions
- Heat pan over med heat, add oil. Add onion, oregano and garlic, saute 3 min or til softened.
- Place oniom mixture in large bowl, cool slightly. Add meat, parmesan, 1/2c marina salt and pepper Mix well with hands, shape into 8 (1/2 inch patties. Refrigerate 10 min.
- Heat pan coat with spray, add patties, cook 10 min or til done. Turning once.
- Top with marinara and cheese add basil
