- 2 boiling potatoes (medium, I normally boil them in microwave for 7 minutes on high)

- coriander leaf (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp. ginger (chopped)
- 1 tsp. green chilies (chopped hot)
- salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. amchur (Dried mango powder that you can find in any Indian grocery store)
- ghee
- oil
