- 1 tsp. paprika
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 150 grams raw almonds (sliced)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix together the butter, cheese, flour, paprika, and salt until it forms a crumbly mixture. Add the cold water and mix. Stir in the almonds.
- Divide the dough into 4 sections and roll into cylinders. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Cut each cylinder into slices approximately 1 centimeter wide and place onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on a baking sheet.
