The flavor profile was perfect. This dish had a great balance and was not overwhelmingly impacted by the salmon. I cooked the salmon in a heat fryer first for 6 min to lessen the impact of a strong flavor profile. I boiled golden beets as a side dish. It was a perfect Accompaniment to the dish.
