- ground pork
- pappardelle pasta
- carrots
- celery
- onions
- white wine
- grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
- rosemary
- fennel
- white wine
- salt
- black pepper

Directions
- While pappardelle pasta is boiling, heat a skillet over medium high heat. Season garlic, onions, carrots and celery with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in the ground pork, rosemary, fennel, and pepper.
- Add a splash of white wine and cover. Let simmer until ground pork reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Add the cooked pappardelle pasta and grated Parmigiano. Stir until you have a creamy consistency. Enjoy!
