It turned out great!!! (UPDATED 06/06/18) Though I did have to add a little more brown sugar ( the papaya was not as sweet) ... also, the recipe never equates a ‘whole papaya’ to a specific quantity - so I used the equivalent of 1-1/2cups!!! I can’t wait to try it out on pork and/or fish - salmon maybe! I’ll update this when Ive tried it.
Update - well! We’ve tried it on pork, beef, salmon and shrimp. They are all good combinations but the sauce on shrimp has got to be the best!
