Directions
- Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted boiling water for the amount time indicated on the package.
- In a skillet, heat 4 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the breadcrumbs until golden brown. Remove from the frying pan and set aside.
- Pour a little more oil in the pan if the breadcrumbs already absorbed all of it and fry the garlic and parsley together.
- Drain the spaghetti, saving a little of the cooking water with the pasta. Pour them into the pan with the fried garlic and parsley, add the crispy breadcrumbs, season with salt and pepper, and stir over high heat for about one minute.
