    I really enjoyed this. A friend commented that it sounded like zucchini fries which hadn't crossed my mind. But I felt the asparagus was much better tasting than zucchini.

    These actually turned out very tasty. but for the level of work involved (took about an hour start to finish), i would not make these again. As someone who does not have children that i need to trick into eating vegetables, I can stick to some easier side dishes : )
