    beat chicken ever. i kept the exta garlic and oil. poured. it on top of cutlets just before cooking in oven. i also cooked it for a few minutes longer. panko bread crums, parmesan cheese, and paperika. nice and golden brown. baked it qith some cinnamon carrots. both bake at 400 degrees. carrots go in oven 10 min before chicken.

    I put egg on the chicken breast first then the bread crumbs and baked it for 30 minutes at 350 degrees

    Perfect. I used plain Panko bread crumbs and added garlic powder and the usual Italian seasonings for the bread coating. I didn’t have fresh garlic so I mixed the olive oil with a little garlic powder. Followed directions for everything else and the family was very happy.

    Great! This was a great recipe. Although I changed it up a bit. I'm all about saving time so I sprayed my chicken with Bertolli's olive oil spray for salads and other recipes, then I dipped my chicken in progresso Italian style Panko bread crumbs so I didn't have to use any seasoning. Also I skipped the garlic all together, no garlic. Came out amazing. Salt and peppered to taste afterwards. Kids loved it! It took me about 30 minutes to make.
