- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 cup warm water
- cooking oil (For Frying)
- 6 medium potatoes (Boiled and Mashed)
- 1 cup chickpea (Soaked and Boiled)
- salt (as per Taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp. black salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. garam masala powder
- 1 1/2 chili paste (Dried Red, optional)
- 2 sprigs mint leaves (Pudina, finely chopped)
- 3 sprigs coriander (Dhania Leaves, finely chopped)
- 2 green chilli (ground to paste, I use a motor and pestle to make this paste)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 cup tamarind water
- 1 tsp. cumin (Jeera powder, roasted)
- 1 tsp. rock salt
- 1 tsp. chaat masala (Powder)
