- 1 cup vegetable oil (or canola oil)
- 1 head romaine lettuce (washed, chopped)
- 6 oz. spinach (or spring mix)
- 1 can mandarin oranges (drained well)
- 1/2 lb. strawberries (washed and sliced)
- 1 pt. blueberries (washed and patted dry)
- 1 cup pineapple (sliced into chunks, then thinly sliced, about 1/2 of a medium size pineapple)
