- 2 cups reduced fat milk (2%, I used lactose-free milk)
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth (or chicken broth, for vegetarian)
- 10 oz. cheddar cheese soup (Campbell’s Healthy Request, condensed, see shopping tips below)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (chopped, see food facts. below)
- 1 cup carrots (shredded or finely chopped, I used a bag of shredded carrots)
- 1 cup celery (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (light, shredded)
