- 1 lb. paneer (cut in small cubes)
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 2 cups onions (diced)
- 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric (Haldi powder)
- 1 tsp. salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 cup water
