- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder

- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (skip or reduce quantity to reduce heat)
- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 red onion (chopped finely)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp. minced ginger
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. coriander powder
- 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
- 4 Tbsp. kasuri methi (/ dried fenugreek)

- 1/2 cup cream (+ ½ cup whole milk (or use all cream))
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro (minced, for garnish, optional)
