- 2 cups sauce (Makhani, without the cream added to the sauce)
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp. oil
- 1 onion (small, cut into chunks)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (cut into chunks)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (or half and half)
- 1 Tbsp. almond (or cashew paste, soak the nuts and grind them to a paste)
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. kasuri methi (/dried fenugreek leaves, crushed)
