- 2 tsp. chilli powder (or cayenne pepper)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- chopped coriander (a little, for garnish, optional)
- 1.5 liters full-fat milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
