Used flank steak and it turned out very tender. Sauce tastes great but will reduce longer next time.

it needs to reduce quite a bit more than recipe said. It also doesnt get that deep red coloring they get in the store. Though, I'm sure I dont want to know how they do that.

I wasn't the biggest fan, I like Panda express better. Mine just didn't turn out the way I was expecting.

Followed the recipe other than the Thai chili sauce, just substituted hot sauce. Everyone liked it a lot. It's a bit tedious and I don't think the marinating time is necessary. Just a quick dip in egg is probably fine
