Very, VERY spicy. This would be a 7 or 8out of 10 on the hot/spicy scale. A little too hot for the family and little kids. Otherwise flavor seemed good. Will try again with half or a quarter of the Panang paste.

It was pretty good! I thought it was too thick, so I added more chicken broth and another can of coconut milk, as well as adjusting the other contents accordingly. Also, I noticed that the recipe didn't contain the snow peas that were mentioned in the text above the recipe. Overall good recipe 👍

i used to work at this thai and filiopino restaurant that made the best panange curry you could ask for, but it was always about 17 dollars a plate and i couldnt keep that up after i quit and stopped getting my discount. this tastes almost the same. but,to be fair, i made quite a few changes. isntead of chicken, i used tofu(but still used the broth) i use green pepper, water chestnuts , bambo shoots, and red onion(only onion in the house) and no peanut. be careful of how much cayenne you use, as the paste already has spice, adding the amount of cayenne asked, makes it about a high medium, hot dish
