the salsa was delicious. i would have preferred the fish baked or grilled. the white fish was too plain with the mild-tasting salsa. i think it would be much better on a salmon or snapper next time

This salsa is just plain delicious, and is a great compliment to tilapia (which doesn't overwhelm its more delicate flavors).
