This recipe was soo delicious!! I've never made steak using this method before and I didn't have any cognac so I used brandy to make the gravy. I have to say that I was surprised when I lit it on fire at how high it got. Definitely be prepared if you decide to make the sauce, no injuries, a lot of fun and some new skills in this recipe!
