My husband goes crazy for this steak. We get New York Strip steaks often from the butcher and this sauce helps change things up! Highly recommend, I normally don't like Gorgonzola cheese, but this sauce is perfect and since you just pour it on (instead of cooking in) you can decide how much you want.
