Delicious, found this on Yummly. I usually cook it the same way with coconut oil but the olive oil kept it more moist. Thank you!

Simple flavors, easy preparation and delicious taste! Next time I would use slightly less olive oil.

The website didn't work for be but thanks for the idea! For anyone wanting to make this, I used a ceramic fry pan, I used the olive oil till it was very hot, then lay the fish skin down 80% of the cook time I squeezed the lemon over the fish, and added the sea salt and pepper I added the fresh garlic. I cut the lemon into round pieces and put one piece on each fish fillet with the parsley on top to let them infuse. You will know when it is done with the edges of the fish get dark and crispy then flip to non skin time for the rest of the 20% cook time it a nice golden brown on the meat then serve! I served with steamed broccoli, tossed in olive oil, lemon and garlic, salt and pepper. My lady loved it very much! Zero left overs❤️
