The flavors were good! If I had fresh rosemary it would have been great, bursting with more flavors!!! The lamb seared beautifully with the timing factor. I also added a little garlic powder to the salt, pepper & rosemary rub. I used plant butter and it was a “no-guilt” delicious dish!
