terrific. I thought i knew everything I needed about cooking a filet.
such subtle differences ie. when to put the butter, pack the pepper, which
salt, and speed. Magnifique.

I ran into Traders today for a few things and spotted filets. I had just had to have them tonight!

Turn out pretty good. Easy to make and minimal ingredients. Simple instructions. Would be nice to know approximately how long to keep in the oven. Obviously it depends on the thickness, but give a range of times.
