We did asparagus+carrots+cucumber instead of zucchini. Definitely need to remember to salt and pepper scallops and a couple of them got slightly over cooked but overall was delicious and the sauce has good heat to it

we used trivia sugar and apple cider vinegar for a special diet and it was great. we used thai chili paste instead of pepper flakes as well. no cornstarch. lower calories and still great. top shelf.

Absolutely Delicious!! Scallops were cooked perfectly! The Zucchini Noodles Were Delicious with A Slightly Crunchy Texture To Accommodate & Balance with the Scallops. 👍🏻
