Was excellent. Forego the wasabi powder and enjoy the sauce so much that I put it on the white rice that I did to go with the tuna steaks.

It was okay.
I think if I did it again I would cut back on the maple syrup.
It was pretty thick and pretty sweet per the recipe.
And may be a little squeeze of lime or lemon for acid.
