Really really good. My very picky kids wanted seconds! I used fresh lemon peel and 2 cloves of garlic.

It was great....I cooked it in a cast iron skillet on the stove for 10 min...Before cookin the butter herb mixture....too hot to turn oven on in FL

I added Rosemary to this recipe and paired it with a watermelon cucumber poppyseed salad and it was to die for delicious. I can't wait to make it again!
