    My son said, ‘I nailed it!’ No oregano and added smoked paprika. Transferred to baking sheet for oven. Also I saw elsewhere about lifting skin to add seasoning, which I did-makes sense to get flavors on meat

    I added some extra spices and I don’t have a cast iron skillet so I had to fry them then bake in a ceramic dish but they turned out absolutely delicious!! 10/10

    Chicken thighs were great. I cooked four. Used seasoned salt instead of regular salt, as a previous user mentioned. Instead of oregano I added garlic powder, onion powder and italian seasoning. No carrots, but I used one sweet potato instead of red or white potatoes. Turned out yummy. I would definitely cook this again.

    Delicious. The only change I made was to use garlic powder, Lowry salt and onion powder in addition to the salt, pepper and oregano.

    Really, really good. It was a hit. My husband loved it! I had to use more than one pot/pan bc I had 8 thighs to make. I didn’t have fresh carrots but I added a bag of frozen, mixed broccoli, cauliflower and sliced carrots close to the end. Nonetheless, it is a dish I’ll be making again soon. Thank you!😊

    This was so simple, didn't have fresh oregano so I added some poultry seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and sage to it and it was delicious!

    This is homestyle GOOD! I am making it again for company tonight. It is delicious, and very straight forward; which I love. ***I plan on adding the potatoes, and carrots, a little bit later than i did the first round, they got a bit over cooked and mushy.

    Excellent! It was simple and one pot dish. Rate it a 4 star. I did modify it by adding sliced onion(1/2) and one clove of garlic sliced. It is just the right size of meal for my husband and I. Will make it again. Thank you so much.

    Scrumptious! Crispy skin and super moist chicken meat. I used 4 red potatoes and cut the pieces smaller than usual but larger than chopped. Everyone went wow, delicious!
