Sooo good! I was expecting this to turn out like every other same old recipe for fish that includes lemon, butter, and thyme. But this is ohhh so good!! My new favorite and go to! It’s so quick and easy too!
*I used steelhead without skin. And lemon juice from a bottle. And 1 tsp dried thyme. And served the lemon butter poured over top of the fish instead of on the side.
