Great easy to make steaks in the winter when the grill is away or the weather won't let you grill. I used New York strip (boneless). They were tender juice and really loaded with flavor. A must do for all

This was so good, that I'm not even interested in putting steaks on the grill anymore. These are the best and most mouth-watering steaks I've ever had, and my friends love them when I make them this way.
