It was a hit. my non-meat eating family loved it. It's pretty easy to make, just remember to alot for the time for getting the extra liquid out of the tofu

Absolutely delicious, followed the recipe and loved it! Will definitely be a repeat on the menu! I also had some Rice noodle with it, so tasty!!!!!

added more sambal oelek and honey because there was too much soy sauce. added brown sugar, sriracha, onion powder, and garlic powder to my taste, as well as sesame seeds. next time, i would keep the sauce and tofu separate to keep the crunchiness. also marinated the tofu for 1.5 hours.

It turned out as the recipe said it would if you leave it to brown before turning. The sauce is very adaptable to tweaking to your personal salty/sweet/spicy taste.

Very good. Definitely changed my wife’s opinion of tofu. Instead of the spicy garlic sauce, I used fresh minced garlic (probably a bit strong for people who don’t love garlic- it doesn’t get a chance to cook out.) Overall very happy with the dish.
