    It turned out as the recipe said it would if you leave it to brown before turning. The sauce is very adaptable to tweaking to your personal salty/sweet/spicy taste.

    Turned out wonderfully! I put the tofu in some lettuce wraps with cucumber and it was delicious. Definitely make sure to let it cook for a while so it'll crisp up.

    Very good. Definitely changed my wife’s opinion of tofu. Instead of the spicy garlic sauce, I used fresh minced garlic (probably a bit strong for people who don’t love garlic- it doesn’t get a chance to cook out.) Overall very happy with the dish.
