This was a really yummy recipe I used Steelhead because my husband isn’t a huge salmon fan and it tasted great. Next time I might even make a bit more sauce because it’s so tasty. Some gnocchi can be pan fried vs. boil so I think I’ll try skipping the boil process all together. Don’t skip the pan fry though, the added crunch is where it’s at!
