I haven't cooked fresh brussel sprouts before and I have to admit I definitely need to work on my cooking techniques when doing so the taste was okay but I probably won't be making these again

Turned out very well, but then again, I love brussel sprouts prepared in any manner possible :P
I do think the next time I prepare this, I will add crispy bacon, crumbled.
