- 2 celery stalks (small, chopped)

- 1 delicata squash (small, peeled, seeded and in 1/2 inch dice)

- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper (fresh)
- 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes (with garlic)
- 15 oz. chicken broth (can, s, or use 1- 48 oz box)
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 3 sprigs fresh oregano (or marjoram)
- 4 sprigs Italian parsley (fresh)
- 4 leaves kale (sliced into ribbons)
- 2 cans beans (cannelini)
- 3 turkey meatballs (per serving, optional)
- shredded Parmesan (for garnish, optional)
