- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar (like this one)
- 1 1/2 tsp. gluten free baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt (unless you use salted butter, then skip it)
- 2/3 cup buttermilk (or full fat coconut milk)
- 3 egg whites
