I added fresh chopped garlic to the recipe. I love the scalloped potato’s, and I love that it’s paleo, whole 30 and vegan. Perfectly cooked, nice crisp edges, and tastes very cheesy. With an added bonus of no cheese at all! My favorite potato dish.
