I’ve tried so many GF tortillas from oopsie bread to corn purée crepes. These are the best! Easy to roll for a wrap. Easy to crisp for a quesadilla. All around thumbs up!

This is the second paleo wrap recipe I tried. The first one tasted good, but the texture was very pancake-like. These are delicious-neutral tasting, not too eggy or sweet. They cooked well on medium low and were easy to flip. They are soft but still hold up. I made pulled pork and we used these for soft tacos. Will definitely make these again.
