These were absolutely delicious. They ended up more as patties rather than meatballs because the mixture is really wet, even with a bit more breadcrumbs than called for, but they worked fine as patties. I added 2 tbsp of fresh rosemary and sautéed the onions, garlic, and jalapeños before adding them to the mix. The recipe says to bake, but I cooked on the stovetop and highly recommend it because it caramelizes the sweet potatoes. Will definitely make again.
