I made 1,5 times the recipe and I used white wine vinegar as I didn’t have apple cider vinegar and it made a full 750ml jar of this gorgeous stuff. It will be good enough to use in spaghetti and pasta, on eggs, on cheese and bread etc. It’s delicious!
