These were delicious and so easy to make, great Thai flavor with just the right amount of spice. Will definitely make again,

These are unbelievable. So good and so easy. I added 1/4 cup almond flour, 1 egg, 1 tbsp sesame oil, substituted soy sauce for coconut aminos, and baked for 28 minutes. Haven't even made the sauce yet but they are delicious even without it. I'm having one of those moments where I feel like a genius for making something that is so good. Make these if you need to feel better about yourself.
