- sea salt (to taste)
- 3/4 tsp. taco seasoning (divided, I used Primal Palate)
- 1 large onion (diced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (diced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 cups bone broth (chicken)
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes (fire roasted)
- 6 oz. tomato paste (use less if you want thinner soup*)
- 4 oz. green chilis (can chopped)
- 2 tsp. ranch seasoning (from Primal Palate, optional)
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast (for flavor)
- avocado (Sliced, for garnish, optional)
- cilantro (chopped, for garnish, optional)
- fresh jalapeños (sliced, for garnish, optional)
- ranch dressing (Paleo, like Tessemae’s for garnish, optional)
