  • 1 cup celery (diced)
  • 2 cups sauce tomatoes (your favorite red)
  • 2 cups broth (good quality homemade)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt (celtic)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice (powder)
