- 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 Tbsp. butter (or ghee)

- 1 Tbsp. almond milk (or coconut milk)
- 6 pieces chocolate (Baker’s, unsweetened., 1.5 ounces Hu Kitchen makes great paleo chocolate if you prefer not to use Baker’s.)
- 1/2 cup butter (or ghee)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. egg white powder (we like Hoosier Hill Farms or egg white protein powder)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
