- 1 cup celery (chopped and diced., about 5 large stalks)
- 1 cup carrots (chopped and diced, about 5 large carrots Shortcut: use frozen sliced carrots.)
- 28 oz. crushed tomatoes
- 28 oz. diced tomatoes (can fire roasted petite)
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
