- 2 lb. ground beef (grass fed)
- 1 red onion (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic (can used dried if you don't have fresh)
- 1 can mushrooms (organic, can use fresh mushrooms if you have them)
- 1 cup green beans (frozen organic, or green peas)
- 1 cup carrots (frozen organic chopped)
- 1 zucchini (chopped)
- 1 squash (chopped)
- 1 frozen spinach (thawed & drained)
- 1 Tbsp. dried herbs (mixed, this is my favorite)
- 1 Tbsp. EVOO
- sea salt (to taste)
- mashed cauliflower (Topping:)
- 1 cauliflower (lg head of, coarsely chopped)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder (or to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder (or to taste)
- 3 Tbsp. ghee (or Grass Fed Butter, leave out for AIP, if you need liquid, add bone broth or EVOO to desired consistency)
- sea salt (to taste)
