- 1/3 cup coconut butter (or manna, buy here)
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. gelatin (grassfed, This brand is my favourite, omit for vegan)
- 3 cups shredded coconut (finely, depending on how thick you like your oatmeal, I use this kind)
